TECNOTRAT has undertaken heat treatment on 2 storage propylene spherical tanks having the diameter of 18.250 mm and 14.500 mm.

We used innovative heat treatment technique including thermal convection tension relief on spherical tanks , with the gas burner located on the superior nozzle and the combustion exhauster on the inferior nozzle.

This system was solely developed and applied by TECNOTRAT in Brazil and grants low thermal gradients on the back of the sphere with even temperatures and reduced time so as to reach a tectotherm between the lower and the superior part of the sphere.
