Flexible Heater Type Resistance

Fixação.jpg

Our company offers a complete line of electric heaters with a wide variety of dimensions, shapes, and electrical powers, allowing for precise and appropriate use for each situation or project. Our electric heaters are made with high-quality ceramic insulators based on high-concentration alumina (above 90%), pressed and synthesized at high temperatures. This process provides excellent abrasion resistance, wear resistance, superior electrical insulation, and excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring high thermal efficiency.

Electric Heaters for Preheating

For preheating services, the PAQ-type electric heater is ideal for those seeking agility and productivity in assembly. The heating element is identical to a flexible strip-type electric heater, but it is already assembled with a ceramic fiber blanket and stainless steel mesh, fixed with a stainless steel plate and equipped with handles for easy attachment.

The main advantage of this product is the quick assembly of the heaters for preheating and the cost savings by using thermal blankets. Typically, this type of heater is used in models of heaters commonly used for preheating applications.

Magnetic Preheating Electric Heater

The same benefits of electrical resistance for preheating are found in the electrical resistance for magnetic preheating, with the added advantage that in this resistance model, there is a separate or embedded magnet that provides greater assembly agility. The assembly of this resistance is even faster, as it does not require steel tape for fixation, since the magnet performs this task.

The use of separate magnets is recommended when there is a desire to avoid contact between the ferrite of the magnet and the piece to be welded, while the use of resistance with an embedded magnet is recommended when seeking greater space optimization between the resistance and the weld bead. The recommended temperature for using magnetic resistances is up to 150ºC.

Electric Collar-type Resistors

Collar-type electric resistances are ideal for increasing productivity when preheating and/or heat treatment is required in a continuous production line of pipes with the same diameter. It is possible to reduce assembly time by one-third and save on the cost of thermal insulation (blanket), steel tape, and VR seal for fixation.

Tunnel-type Electric Resistance

The Tunnel-type Electric Resistance has an ideal design for performing preheating and/or heat treatment in processes such as annealing of welds, heating of large circumferential welds, heating of pressure vessels, heating of temporary and fixed furnaces, and coating curing. Manufactured with a durable steel box, it can reach temperatures of up to 850ºC.

Infrared electric resistors (Infrared)

Infrared panel electric resistances were developed for welding preheating, where precision and temperature uniformity are required. They are built in a modular system that allows for the connection of one to another in auxiliary fixation devices. They come with distinct power levels that can be adjusted to the individual powers suited to each geometry and dimension of the piece to be heated for welding, in any position or at any time.
