TRIPLE SILICONE CABLE
1.0 Branch Cable Specifications
The diffuser cables from Tecnotrat, also known as triple branch cables or triple cables, are made with 16mm² insulated copper wire. They are resistant to moisture and harsh operating conditions, with lengths of 1.5m. The Tecnotrat triple cables feature a 300A male twistlock connector at one end, connecting to a set of dual cables, while a 60A twistlock connector is installed on each leg of the diffuser, connecting to the heating elements (heating blankets). The silicone insulation provides good resistance to acids, greases, moisture, ozone, and oil. The silicone triple branch cable is recommended for high-temperature work environments, such as preheating and heat treatment in confined spaces.
It is crucial to ensure the selection of the appropriate diffuser cable according to the current rating of the thermal treatment unit’s output channel.
