1.0 Equipment Specifications
PLUS line equipment is manufactured with a sandblasted carbon steel chassis painted in orange with an anticorrosive epoxy base and a black-painted carbon steel panel. It includes fans to ensure proper cooling, quick-connect terminals, and a K-type compensated socket according to the ANSI MC96.1 and ASTM E230 color standards.

1.1 Alarm and Disarm System
The equipment allows configuration so that when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the setpoint (SP), the visual and audible alarm is triggered. Additionally, the disarm time can be configured in case the issue is not resolved. In this case, the equipment's power transformer will be turned off, while the control and recording panel remains on.
Note: The factory default setting for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the disarm wait time is 5 minutes. The parameters can be configured.
1.2 Operational Safety
The equipment has a button to power on the control panel independently of the energization of the power transformer. This allows the entire thermal cycle configuration to be carried out safely without the main transformer being connected. The equipment also includes a main circuit breaker, fuses, and an RCD (Residual Current Device).

2.0 TECNOTRAT WARRANTY
The equipment warranty is valid for 36 months, provided that maintenance and inspections are carried out by Tecnotrat and follow the preventive maintenance schedule outlined in the manual.

3.0 QUANTITY OF ACCESSORIES AND SUPPLIES:
The wiring diagram below illustrates that each channel consists of 1 temperature controller, 1 thermocouple connected through an extension cable of the same alloy, and 3 resistors of 60 VAC and 2.7 kW, interconnected by triple branch cables and double cables, as shown in the schematic drawing.
Note: We offer multiple accessories such as thermocouples, Capacitive Discharge Thermocouple Attachment Unit (TAU), Paperless Recorder (upon request), general-purpose connection cables, thermal insulation blankets, insulation covers, etc.
