1.1 Alarm and Disarm System

The equipment allows for configuration so that, when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the setpoint (SP), the audible-visual alarm is triggered. The disarm time can also be configured in case the issue is not resolved. In this case, the equipment's power transformer will be turned off, while the control and recording panel remains powered on.

Note: The factory setting for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the waiting time for disarm is 5 minutes. These parameters can be configured.

1.2 Operational Safety

The equipment features a button to power on the control panel independently from the energization of the power transformer. This allows the entire thermal cycle configuration to be performed safely without the main transformer being turned on. The equipment is equipped with a main circuit breaker, fuses, and a Residual Current Device (RCD).

1.2 Temperature Recorder (Matrix Chart Recorder)

Note: The process is inspected from start to finish, from supplies to shipping. Before being put into production, the cores are tested to the maximum power. After manufacturing, all machines undergo an exhaustive load test at the customer's working voltage (220V, 380V, or 440V). All of this is done to ensure the quality and excellence of Tecnotrat equipment.
