1 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS
The PRO line equipment is manufactured with a carbon steel frame, sandblasted and painted in orange with an anticorrosive epoxy base, and the panel sheet metal is made of stainless steel. It features fans to ensure proper cooling, quick-connect terminals, and a compensated socket of type K, following the ANSI MC96.1 and ASTM E230 color standards.

1.1 Alarm and Disarm System
The equipment allows for configuration so that when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the set point (SP), the visual and audible alarm is triggered. Additionally, the disarm time can be configured in case the issue is not resolved. In this case, the power transformer of the equipment will be turned off, while the control and recording panel remains powered on.
Note: The factory default configuration for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the waiting time for disarm is 5 minutes. These parameters can be configured.
1.2 Operational Safety
The equipment has a control panel connection independent of the power supply, allowing the entire thermal cycle configuration to be performed without the main transformer being powered on. The equipment includes a main circuit breaker, fast-blow fuses for each circuit, a residual current device (RCD), and a glass fuse for each rear socket.
1.2.1 Break Down System
If the core reaches a temperature of 150°C, for safety, the breakdown system shuts down the main transformer, preventing overheating, fires, and irreversible damage. The control and logging panel remains powered on.

You can use the keys to switch to any of the operation screens. The operational states of memory sampling, alarms, key lock, computation, and other conditions are displayed graphically.

Note: The internal thermocouple extension cables are 16 AWG with electrostatic shielding and a drain wire to reduce fluctuations and noise in the thermocouple signal.

The wiring diagram below illustrates that each channel consists of 1 temperature controller, 1 thermocouple interconnected via an extension cable of the same alloy, and 3 resistors of 80 VAC and 3.6 kW, interconnected by triple branch cables and double cables, as shown in the schematic drawing.
