1 ESPECIFICAÇÕES DO EQUIPAMENTO
Equipamentos da linha PRO são fabricados em chassi de estrutura de aço carbono jateada e pintada na cor laranja com fundo epóxi anticorrosivo e chaparia de painel em aço inox, ventiladores para garantir a boa refrigeração, os bornes são de engate rápido, tomada compensada do tipo K conforme padrão de cor ANSI MC96.1 e ASTM E230.
1.1 Alarm and Disarm System
The equipment allows configuration so that when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the set point (SP), the audible-visual alarm is triggered. It is also possible to configure the disarm time if the issue is not resolved. In this case, the power transformer of the equipment will be turned off, while the control and recording panel will remain on.
Note: The factory default configuration for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the waiting time for disarm is 5 minutes. The parameters can be configured.
1.2 Operational Safety
The equipment has an independent control panel connection separate from the power supply, allowing the entire thermal cycle configuration to be carried out without the main transformer being powered on. The equipment includes a main circuit breaker, fast-blow fuses for each circuit, a residual current device (RCD), and a glass fuse for each rear socket.
1.2.1 Break Down System
If the core reaches a temperature of 150°C, for safety, the breakdown system shuts down the main transformer, preventing overheating, fires, and irreversible damage. The control and logging panel remains powered on.

You can use the keys to switch to any of the operation screens. The operational states of memory sampling, alarms, key lock, computation, and other conditions are displayed graphically.

DIGITAL DISPLAY:
In addition to displaying measurements digitally, it shows the channel/TAG, industrial units, and alarm status.
Note: The internal thermocouple extension cables are 16 AWG with electrostatic shielding and a drain wire to reduce fluctuations and noise in the thermocouple signal.

The equipment warranty is 36 months, provided that the maintenance and inspections are performed by Tecnotrat and according to the preventive maintenance schedule in the manual.

The wiring diagram below illustrates that each channel consists of 1 temperature controller, 1 thermocouple interconnected via an extension cable of the same alloy, 3 resistors of 80 VAC and 3.6 kW, interconnected by triple branch cables and double cables, as shown in the schematic drawing.
