1.0 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS
PRO line equipment is manufactured with a carbon steel frame structure, sandblasted and painted in orange with an anticorrosive epoxy base, and panel plates made of stainless steel. It is equipped with fans to ensure proper cooling. The terminals are quick-connect type, and the compensated socket is of type K, in accordance with the ANSI MC96.1 and ASTM E230 color standards.

1.1 Alarm and Disarm System
The equipment allows configuration so that, when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the programmed value (SP), the audible-visual alarm is triggered. The disarm time can also be configured in case the issue is not resolved. In this case, the equipment's power transformer will be turned off, while the control and recording panel remains powered on.
Note: The factory setting for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the waiting time for disarm is 5 minutes. These parameters can be configured.
1.2 Operational Security
The equipment features independent control panel connection from the power supply, allowing the entire thermal cycle configuration to be carried out without the main transformer being powered on. The equipment is equipped with a main circuit breaker, quick-blow fuses for each circuit, a differential circuit breaker (DR), and a glass fuse for each rear socket.
1.2.1 Break Down System
If the core reaches a temperature of 150°C, for safety, the breakdown system shuts down the main transformer, preventing overheating, fires, and irreversible damage. The control and recording panel remains powered on.

Note: The internal thermocouple extension cables are 16 AWG with electrostatic shielding and drain wire, designed to reduce fluctuations and noise in the thermocouple signal.

2 TECHNICAL WARRANTY
The equipment warranty is 36 months, provided that maintenance and inspections are carried out by Tecnotrat and within the preventive maintenance schedule outlined in the manual.

3 ACCESSORIES AND CONSUMABLES QUANTITY:
The wiring diagram below illustrates that each channel consists of 01 temperature controller, 01 thermocouple connected through an extension cable of the same alloy, 03 resistances of 80 VAC, 3.6 kW, interconnected by triple branch cables and double cables, as shown in the schematic drawing.
