1 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS

The equipment in the STANDARD line is recommended for preheating services and can be used for heat treatment with the use of a temperature recorder.

1.1 Alarm System

When there is a temperature difference between the actual and the programmed values, the alarm is triggered, and the process can be stopped using the "SET" button. The equipment has 3 alarms that can be set by the user.

1.2 Operational Safety

The equipment features a main switch, an integrated protection system against overheating, overload, and short circuit at the output, overvoltage or undervoltage at the input, and an automatic main power supply circuit.

Note: The equipment has a visual indicator for inverter overheating or undervoltage/overvoltage in the power supply.

1.3 Built-in recorder:

The recorder allows continuous recording of temperature, both set-point and actual, output voltage, and system errors.

The recording starts automatically when the heating cycle begins. The recorded data can be transferred via USB to a PC (ASCII file). If the saved file is in CSV format, it can be opened directly with Excel. The data file is identified by the heating date and time, as well as a unique registration number for each series.

2 Rack Interconnection

The Tecnotrat STANDARD 10 heating system can be connected in parallel via an interconnection (umbilical) cable to operate either jointly or independently, depending on the need. It is possible to set up a rack with 3 to 6 machines, as shown in the figures below.

Note: The rack is sold separately in modules of 3 units each.

3 QUANTITY OF ACCESSORIES AND SUPPLIES:

The wiring diagram below illustrates that each channel consists of 01 temperature controller, 01 thermocouple interconnected through an extension cable of the same alloy. The Tecnotrat STANDARD 10 equipment allows the use of up to 04 resistances of 60 VAC, 2.7 kW, in parallel, interconnected by quadruple branch cables and double cables, as shown in the schematic drawing.

Note: We offer multiple accessories such as thermocouples, Capacitive Discharge Thermocouple Mounting Units (TAU), Paperless Recorders (upon request), general connection cables, thermal insulation blankets, insulation covers, etc.
