1 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS
Equipamentos da linha STANDARD são fabricados em chassi de estrutura de aço carbono jateada e pintada na cor laranja com fundo epóxi anticorrosivo e chaparia de painel em aço carbono pintado na cor preta, ventiladores para garantir a boa refrigeração, os bornes são de engate rápido, tomada compensada do tipo K conforme padrão de cor ANSI MC96.1 e ASTM E230.

1.1 Alarm and Disarm System
The equipment allows configuration so that when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the setpoint (SP), the visual and audible alarm is triggered. Additionally, the time for disarming can be configured in case the issue is not resolved. In this case, the power transformer of the equipment will be turned off, while the control panel and recorder remain on.
Note: The factory default configuration for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the waiting time for disarming is 5 minutes. These parameters can be configured.
1.2 Operational Safety
The equipment features a button to turn on the control panel independently of the power transformer energization. This ensures that the entire thermal cycle configuration can be performed safely without the main transformer being on. The equipment also includes a main circuit breaker, fuses, and a Residual Current Device (RCD).
1.3 Registrador avulso (Opcional)
Tecnotrat equipment includes a thermocouple signal branching socket, allowing the connection of standalone temperature recorders for use in processes that require graphic recording.
2 TECNOTRAT WARRANTY
The equipment warranty is valid for 36 months, subject to the completion of maintenance and inspections carried out by Tecnotrat and in accordance with the preventive maintenance schedule outlined in the manual.

3 QUANTITY OF ACCESSORIES AND SUPPLIES:
The wiring diagram below illustrates that each channel consists of 1 temperature controller, 1 thermocouple connected through an extension cable of the same alloy, and 3 resistors of 60 VAC and 2.7 kW, interconnected by triple branch cables and double cables, as shown in the schematic drawing.
Note: We offer a variety of accessories such as thermocouples, Capacitive Discharge Thermocouple Mounting Unit (TAU), Paperless Recorder (upon request), general-purpose connection cables, thermal insulation blankets, insulation covers, etc.
