STANDARD 75

1 EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATIONS

STANDARD line equipment is manufactured with a carbon steel chassis, sandblasted and painted in orange with an anti-corrosive epoxy primer, and panel plating in carbon steel painted black. It includes fans to ensure proper cooling, quick-connect terminals, and a type K compensated socket following the ANSI MC96.1 and ASTM E230 color standards.

1.1 Alarm and Shutdown System

The equipment allows configuration so that when there is a temperature difference between the process value (PV) and the programmed value (SP), the audio-visual alarm is triggered. It is also possible to set a shutdown time if the issue is not resolved. In this case, the equipment's power transformer will be turned off, while the control and recording panel will remain on.

Note: The factory setting for the temperature difference is 50°C, and the waiting time for shutdown is 5 minutes. These parameters can be adjusted.

1.2 Operational Safety

The equipment features a button to power the control panel independently of the main power transformer. This allows the entire thermal cycle configuration to be carried out safely without the main transformer being energized. The equipment is equipped with a main circuit breaker, fuses, and a Residual Current Device (RCD).

1.3 Standalone Recorder (Optional)

Tecnotrat equipment features a thermocouple signal branching socket that allows the connection of standalone temperature recorders, to be used in processes requiring graphical recording
