The solution treatment process is applied in the manufacturing of equipment operating in environments with severe corrosion and mechanical stresses. Tecnotrat has developed techniques and processes with properly trained and qualified collaborators to perform solution heat treatment. This process involves heating using electric resistance (specifically for solution treatment) in temperature ranges from 1100 to 1250°C, followed by rapid cooling, ensuring the mechanical properties of the material.
